MEET THE TEAM
Joe & Rose ~ Founders
Joe and Rose started the family business in 1976. Who knew their legacy would still be thriving 50 years later! Joe worked hard and long while traveling from town to town in hopes of gaining business while Rose was in charge of the books. In 2007 they sold the business to their sons, who also employ their grandsons and spend their winters in Arizona for some well deserved time off.

Luc ~ Co-Owner
Luc wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps and joined the family business in 1994. He started as an apprentice and started learning about estimates. He worked his way up to become a Journeyman Autobody technician and was the Location Leader for the Cold Lake shop where he developed a keen eye for detail and estimates. He is currently sharing his automotive knowledge between both locations and assists his employees wherever he can.
Paul ~ Co-Owner
Paul joined the family company in 1998. He is married to Joe and Rose's only daughter. He started with the company as an apprentice and became a Journeyman Autobody Technician and was the Location Leader for the Bonnyville shop. He now occupies his time between both shops, assisting all employees and maintaining a wonderful environment for both employees and customers.
Joel ~ Co-Owner
Joel, who is Joe and Rose's youngest started working in the shop in 1998. He too started as a young apprentice and joined the men in his family by becoming a Journeyman Autobody technician. He is known as "the idea man" and also helps manage the company all around while maintaining service with a smile.

Natalie ~ Employee since 2013
Rhonda ~ Employee since 2019
Jackie ~ Employee since 2020
Nataile joined the Bonnyville office in 2013 as a CSR. She now occupies her time in the books as she is one of the bookkeepers for the company while consistently creating a fun atmosphere in the office and shop.
Rhonda started with JD Collision Cold Lake in 2019. She started as a CSR and is now occupying her time as a book keeper for the company or as some might call her "Chief Currency Curator" 😊
Jackie joined the Bonnyville office in 2020 as a CSR. She went down to part time while covering the CSR's in both locations. She has now taken the new role of Marketing Manager for the company.
Brooke ~ Employee since 2021
Brooke started working for the Cold Lake shop in 2021 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). She is now the Vehicle Scheduler for the Cold Lake shop and is also doing some small estimates while advocating for you, our customers!

Richard ~ Employee since 2022
Richard joined the JD Bonnyville Team in 2022 on the Refinish side. He has now completed 2 years of refinishing school and we rarely see him without a smile to share.

Scott ~ Employee since 2023
Scott is part of the JD team in the Bonnyville shop. He has over 38 years of experience in Autobody and is kind enough to show the new and coming techs what to do as they learn. We are grateful for his all around experience.

Tristan ~ Employee since 2022
Tristian started as an apprentice in the Cold Lake shop and is now a certified Journeyman Autobody technician out of the Bonnyville shop who is always kind enough and ready and willing to help.

Nadine is part of our Detailing Crew and started with JD Collision in 2023. She is part of the Cold Lake Team. She always greets everyone with her beautiful smile.

Justin ~ Employee since 2020
Justin started working in the Bonnyville shop in 2020 through the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP). He is part of the 3rd Generation Clan in the family business and works in the Refinish Department.

Suszanne started at JD Collision in 2024 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and is one of the friendly ladies at the front in the Bonnyville office and the one to greet you on the phone, always willing and eager to help.

Ryan is a Journeyman Refinisher in the Cold Lake shop. He takes pride in his work and has been with the company since 2023 and is a mean bbq 'er ;)

Rolly started working for JD Collision in 2024 and is our busy little bee 🐝,Detailing Vehicles and cleaning the Bonnyville office. So happy she keeps us all tidy & smiling!

Sunni has just started in the Bonnyville office as our new Vehicle Scheduler and CSR in the front. Welcome to the JD Family Sunni!
Jess ~ Employee since 2009
Jess is now one of the longest Journeyman Autobody techs to grace us out of the Bonnyville shop. He has over 37 years of experience and started in the Philippines, then Saudi Arabia and then JD Collision!!
Christian ~ Employee since 2015
Christian is a Journeyman Refinisher in the Bonnyville shop who is very picky with his paint work and loves cranking the music up in the shop 🎶He always seems to enjoy his job which is obviously the reason for his great painting!

Everett ~ Employee since 2024
Everett started in the Bonnyville Shop in 2024. He is currently our Repair Planner and will be attending school for his 1st year of Autobody in April. When he's not busy in the shop he is our hero Firefighter for the Pierceland Fire Dept.
Tim ~ Employee since 2017
Tim has been working for JD Collision in Bonnyville since 2017. He is a Journeyman Autobody Technician with 30+ years of experience. He has years of knowledge to share while mentoring the young techs.
Harvey ~ Employee since 2019
Harvey is part of the Bonnyville shop and is a Journeyman Refinisher. He is currently working at getting his Autobody Technician ticket to possibly work alongside his brother and father on the body side😊
Slade ~ Employee since 2026
Slade is our RAP student from the Bonnyville Highschool and helps the technicians in the Bonnyville shop while gaining experience and developing real-world industry skills.
MJ ~ Employee since 2015
MJ has been with JD Collision since 2015. He is a Journeyman Autobody Tech with 7 years of experience. For the last 3 years, MJ has been in the front office & will be the one estimating your vehicle in our Bonnyville shop! He is genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet.
Merric ~ Employee since 2025
Merric is an apprentice in the Cold Lake shop as a Refinisher and is showing promise as a newly developed painter who aims to please!
Steph ~ Employee since 2024
Stephanie has been with JD Collision since 2024 and works in the Cold Lake shop. She assists in the Refinishing Department and makes sure the painting comes out smooth, as it should be.
Katelyn ~ Employee since 2025
Katelyn joined the Cold Lake shop in 2025 as a CSR. She will be one of the beautiful ladies who greet you when you visit the shop and can direct your vehicle into the proper direction to make it easier on you as a customer!
Marc - Bonnyville Location Lead
Marc, being a 3rd Generation in the family business, started working in the back at the Bonnyville shop assisting the techs in 2019. He started estimating vehicles in 2021 and is now the Location Lead for the Bonnyville shop.
Rob ~ Employee since 2013
Rob has been with JD Collision since 2013. He has worked in both the Bonnyville and Cold Lake shop. He has over 30 years of Autobody experience and has shared his expertise with many in the company, what a fantastic mentor!
Jason ~ Employee since 2025
Jason has been in the Cold Lake shop since 2025. He is rarely seen as he is busy in the Parts Department making sure that parts will be ordered & delivered for your book in date!
Travis ~Employee since 2024
Travis has been with the Cold Lake shop since 2024. He is the main Estimator there and works hard at capturing all of the damage on your car to make sure the repairs go smoothly and efficiently.
Kris ~ Employee since 2024
Kris has worked in the Cold Lake shop for 2 years. He is currently a Refinish Apprentice and learning the ropes!
Billy ~ Cold Lake Location Lead
Billy joined the Cold Lake team last year. How lucky are we to have a Journeyman Auto Mechanic join our team! He has 15 years of experience and knows the ins and outs on your vehicle! He is the Location Leader for the Cold Lake shop.
Dawn ~ Employee since 2024
Dawn has been part of the Cold Lake JD Team since 2024. She is part of the Detailing Crew and making sure that your vehicle doesn't leave with our dust!🛻
Tara ~ Employee since 2025
Tara joined the Bonnyville JD Team in 2025. She is quiet as a mouse in our Parts Department and is working hard to get your vehicle's parts here on time.
Christian B. ~ Employee since 2014
Christian has been with JD Collision in Bonnyville since 2014. He became a Journeyman Autobody Technician in 2022 and works alongside his father Jess and brother Harvey. JD is lucky to have so many family dynamics as family comes first in our company!
Tessa / Daryl ~ Employees since 2025
Meet our new ladies in the Cold Lake shop! They are both currently apprenticing to be Autobody Technicians and assist the Journeymen. How cool is that to have young ladies doing trades!!
